Abdullah Mohsin Al-Sofyani: Born in 1374 in e (1955) and holds a bachelor's degree from the Department of Marine Biology, Marine Sciences College, King Abdulaziz University in (1399 e) (1982 m). Immediately after graduating, was appointed teaching assistant at Marine Biology Department, Marine Sciences, King Abdulaziz University . Then obtained a Master's Degree from the Department of Marine Biology, Marine Sciences College, King Abdulaziz University in 1407 and obtained the e doctorate degree from the University of Glasgow Britain in 1412 AH in 1991.
Joined the scientific panel studying pollution on the Arabian Gulf during the Gulf crisis (1991-1990 m. During the period as assistant professor at Department of Marine Biology, Marine Sciences College, King Abdulaziz University , published several scientific research in the specialized field of the coral reef environment, as well as super visor Master of the same specialization. Addition to the teaching of many materials falling in the area of specialization, as well as lectured and contributed to numerous seminars and scientific conferences and membership of scientific societies.
